Bio fertilizers

PROM fertilizer” refers to Phosphate-Rich Organic Manure, an organic alternative to chemical phosphatic fertilizers like DAP and SSP. It is produced by co-composting high-grade rock phosphate with organic matter and beneficial microorganisms.

Core Production Steps

  • Raw Material Preparation:
  • Mixing and Blending:
  • Microbial Inoculation:
  • Co-Composting (Bio-Activation):
  • Curing and Maturation:
  • Post-Processing:
    • Drying & Sieving
    • Granulation (Optional
    • Packaging

A granular PROM setup requires a wet granulation line to combine fine rock phosphate with composted organic matter into uniform, easy-to-handle pellets.
